It’s a good and clean property

Breakfast buffet is not on par with other similar hotels. The Beach is quite a distance.

NOT MUCH.

EVERYTHING NEEDS ATTENTION: ROOMS ARE NOT PROPERLY CLEANED, THERE WERE ANTS ALL OVER THE BED SURFACE. ROOM SERVICE IS SLOW OR VERY RUSHY. FOOD QUALITY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

The location was very peaceful. Close to the beach and many restaurants on the south side of Goa. The breakfast buffet was great too. The rooms were clean and well kept.

The rental bike service was very expensive and we got unserviced and unsafe vehicles. It was not a good experience since there is no option like Ola or Uber and even the rental bikes were so bad.
