"I might not come back to stay again."

The staffs are helpful and nice.particularly those two Parkistani night shift staffs who were helping me to change the room and sorting me out the TV issues.

When I checked in the room and I expectedly the room layout was the one was I booked or almost the same layout. However, the room which gave me for disable people. First , I didn’t want to occupy someone who might really needed . Secondly, there was no border curb of the shower area so everywhere the floor would be wet after one shower. The flushing machine was not strong enough so hardly to pump water up to flush..Last the chrome bast for bed TV was broken so it was not access to mirroring YouTube and Netflix which was nightmare. I voiced the room when I checked in few mins later but day shift staffs told me there was fully booked so no room could be swapped, but the staff also took me to another room to take a look but there was next to the construction site so they said they didn’t open this room out to guest. After night time I came back from outside and getting started to relax but found out the TV couldn’t access me to do phone mirroring to watch Netflix and YouTube , so it made me so disappointed by this Mirriot group as I was on business trip in Asia and the hotel of this group was so enjoyable. I just tried to take a shot to ask the night shift staff if possible or any room was vacant , the night shift staff arranged for me and ensure the TV was succeed to watch Netflix . Appreciated that.

"I expected more of a four star hotel"

Location is good and the rooms have a smart layout and nice bathrooms.

The sofa bed is ridiculously uncomfortable and the hotel doesn't do any efforts to improve it like offering an extra cushion or a wooden table to avoid sinking into the frame. The breakfast is ok but pretty basic, same everyday and without any fruit options. The TV didn't have a chromecast and even though we informed them they didn't do anything to fix it.
