Residence Inn by Marriott Manchester Piccadilly

Spacious room with very comfortable bed, brilliant view with floor to ceiling windows on the entire side of the room. The fridge/freezer and kitchen area were useful too. Had an ironing board and iron in the room too and a safe. Has 2 tv’s too! The shower was lovely.

The room had a bad smell of curry when first entering, probably the last occupiers last meal! Had to open alll the windows and air the room out. The toilet I thought was going to come off the wall when I sat on it.

Clean room

We stayed as 4 guests, but the room was clearly not suitable for 4 people. The sofa bed could only fit one person comfortably, not two as advertised. The room had almost no soundproofing—we could hear everything from the street. We were given towels for only 2 guests on arrival, and when we asked for bottled water late at night, we were told they had run out. Breakfast was also very limited. Overall, disappointing and not worth the price.

Location great, friendly staff, lovely comfortable room! The only thing that let it down was breakfast, so busy no seats/tables then wen you did no food came out

Perfect location, beautiful rooms

I felt breakfast was a little crowded which I expected with the concert the night before, but did felt like they weren’t prepared for it

The room I was assigned was very nice - it was located on the top floor and had a really nice view with panoramic windows all around. The room was equipped with a small kitchenette and sofa. Very clean and comfortable overall. Great location to city centre.

The breakfast is a mess - you leave the table to get some food and you find people sitting there already! People are eating everywhere even in reception - I would recommend that this would be staffed to make sure everyone is seated accordingly.
