Residence Inn by Marriott Manchester Piccadilly

The location, tv and the shower was good.

Although the room was well designed, this is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in therefore I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to others. I was also kept awake by noise throughout the night. Additionally, breakfast was chaotic due to there being too small a space for the volume of guests, too few tables and chairs, and food not being brought out quick enough. There was very little space for hot food on the counter, which lead to everyone rushing over as soon as food was brought across to get some before there is nothing left. Trying to grab anything was near impossible due to the sheer amount of people stood in a small space at once. The room wasn’t adequately clean either, cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling and this is the first thing I saw when walking in. This hotel is in a good central location, but I believe the negatives far outweigh this positive.

Very good located, delicious restaurant, charming atmosphere
