Porth Lodge Hotel

Excellent stay. Great location. Good value for money. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

We came as a family for a game of bowling, was left with the pins falling over while they was re racking. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt. But after the 4th time of it breaking down and being left there waiting while one lad runs the bar and the bowling. Who when I asked him for a refund. Was told under his breath that “no one asked you to Fing come” then to have the audacity to start arguing with Paying customers.. stating that we had played 3/4 of the game. When 1/4 of it we was stood waiting for him, then offered to move us over a lane. But I think it was to little to late. Wouldnt recommend it as the owner also stated when we got our refund.. that you’ve got your F’ing money now £uck off.. thought that was rather rude for an owner.

Friendly staff, good food and good location close to Porth beach. En-suite was quite small and lacked adequate shelving for toiletries.

We got a last minute booking. Dave and Carol went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Our 3rd stay at Porth Bean Lodge.

Excellent proximity to the beach. Great apartment with excellent facilities. Brilliant breakfast. Excellent bar serving excellent food.

Generally a pleasant stay, staff were friendly, could not fault the food. My main problem was being in room number 4 which is directly above the bar the noise was continuous until close.

It's very nice hotel kind people's Woking at the hotel, Just walking distance to the beach ⛱ and hotel got very nice bar and pool table also bowling, My family enjoyed a lot. Space for car parking free. Breakfast is very nice, we will come again. Thank you for you service.

We were allocated a lovely apartment instead of the room we were expecting. The apartment was spacious and newly refurbished, an ideal space as we had a dog with us. Only 5 mins walk to Porth beach so well located. The hotel car park was full when we returned in the evening, but we were able to park further up the road in a residential area.

Very convenient & comfy hotel a few minutes walk to the beach. The room was very clean with all amenities I required for my stay. Friendly staff, also dog friendly. Nice relaxing bar, with good food. Would definitely stay again.
