Grand Hotel at Bridgeport

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful!

My first time staying at this hotel. From the minute I walked into hotel the front desk employees were so kind. Felt like family feeling already. Super service! Rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean. Room size is huge. Bathroom in room huge. Loved the extra comfy chairs and couch. Bed was lush and comfy. They call it the grand for a reason. Excellent all around

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel at Bridgeport. The staff were great and the customer service was excellent!!! The hotel was a bit dated but it was very well maintained and clean. Refreshing, actually for $170 a night. It’s definitely the employees, service, and location that make this hotel nice.

The Grand had all the right stuff . Clean room with very comfortable beds. Outstanding staff who were all extraordinarily attentive. Excellent pool that could be a touch warmer. But best of all is the morning BREAKFAST. It looked like a normal hotel buffet line but the selection and Quality was amazing . This isn't heat and serve stuff - they make it all right there, much of it made from scratch. 10 stars for Breakfast

Hands down this was one of best experiences I have had. The staff were accommodating and polite. I highly recommend The Grand.
