Really good location for train station Porta Susa, good tratoria 5 minutes away - Forchetta Scarpetta, room was practical - but lots of steps and strong smell of cleaning fluids in room - but OK for price

because the hotel is located on the verge of the historic city center, which is about a 10-minutes walk away. The hotel offers spacious, well equipped rooms, either with modern or old style type of furnishings. Bathrooms may have only showers. Everything is clean and kept in good shape. The rooms can be somewhat noisy depending on the location to the main or side street. The front desk is in decent command of the English language, helpful and customer oriented. For guests travelling with their own car are only 3 hotel parking places available in front of the hotel at 15€/day. Wlan free of charges. A restaurant in the adjacent building (connecting door) offers breakfast and meals, but there is also a variety of attractive bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is not bad a stay at moderate prices if you want to explore the city for a few days.

Great staff and good accommodations. Central location and very walkable. Hotel staff is pleasant and helpful.

Close to centre clean rooms. No air con and one fan didn't do the job as it was very hot - difficulty with latecheck in as Expedia hadn't sent booking and my phone battery had died - the receptionist sent us away saying no rooms available yet my account had been deducted for payment - I was in tears was close to midnight with 2 young kids and the man was quite rude - as I was leaving waiting for lift he called me back saying he found the booking - a few minutes later and I'd have gone and wasted my money and would have had to look for a hotel elsewhere late at night in a city. This is not good. And not good he was so unhelpful I was sobbing my eyes out. Also he kept passports overnight which is not usual practice - other than that hotel itself is ok and very central

A safe, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located hotel that allows you to enjoy all Turin has to offer. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and shopping. We will definitely be back.

My room on the third floor was quiet, spacious, and clean - it'd be nice to have more amenities (pool/sauna), but this property provides their rooms at a reasonable rate and they take good care of the rooms themselves. The location can't be beat, either: right next to a train station, near many bars/restaurants/shopping.

We have stayed here several times before and always found it pleasant and agreeable. This was no exception. Instead of booking direct we had for various reasons gone through an agency and as a result found ourselves in a double at the front. We explained that regardless of what the agency might have said we wanted a twin and preferred the back. The hotel immediately prepared another really pleasant twin bedded room with a balcony overlooking a pleasant garden. The breakfasts are adequate. The rooms was generally very quiet but there was the occasional ain't rumble from the metro. The location cannot be faulted. The back entrance to the station is two minutes away. A walk through Porta Suza station brings you to main shopping streets through which a twenty minute stroll brings you to Piazza Castillo at the city's heart. We shall always stay here when visiting or staying over in Turin.

I stayed for three nights at the hotel. Room was a little above average for a 3 star hotel. Clean, but no double bed. Not the best sound insulation. Wifi was ok, most of the time. Parking costed my 15 eur per day (could be lower ?) No view, at least from my room. But, location is perfect : close to businesses, university, train, metro, centre !

Reserved hotel near train station for convenience. Was happily surprised at how close to Porto Susa and in such a great area. Near famous gelato/bakery and restaurants. Walked to other shopping and restaurants within minutes. Was very happy with staff, cleanliness and breakfast. This hotel is a treasure for the price.
