"Great hotel"

Third visit to lake Garda and first time back in 10 years for our 10th wedding anniversary as we were married in Malcesine. Savoy Palace is a beautiful hotel, good food and staff are exceptionally friendly and speak great English, German and obviously Italian. Great base to have day trips to Verona, Venice, Milan etc or get the boat to visit the rest of the Lake. I highly recommend Malcesine.

Der Pool

Es kamen jeden Tag Busse, die Gäste blieben teilweise nur 1 Tag, Aufzüge waren dadurch ständig blockiert. Wir waren im 5. Stock, da musste man ständig die Treppe nehmen. Gestern wurde zum Beispiel das Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt. Handtücher zum Duschen wurden daher nicht gewechselt. Mussten selbst dann saubere Handtücher besorgen. Beim Frühstück wurde am Nebentisch das Kind gestillt.

"We’d Return!"

We’re just home after a perfect relaxing week. Hotel is in ideal peaceful location in beautiful Riva. It’s a 20 minute flat walk either by scenic route beside the Lake with all its stunning scenery & wildlife or via the main road route into the lively old town past shops & restaurants. Room was kept spotlessly clean daily by the team of 2 hard-working maids. Comfortable bed & quiet night’s sleep. We had same table in restaurant throughout so no queueing plus staff quickly got to know us. So kind & helpful especially with my husband’s onion-related allergies. Both they & the catering staff made so much effort to make sure he was not only safe but could have as much chance as possible to enjoy the excellent variety of Italian dishes on each night’s dinner menu. They couldn’t do enough for you & it was very well organised. Very much appreciated, thank you all.

Super nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt.

Die Heizung im Bad war leider nicht funktionsfähig.
