Great location. Comfortable bed and good room amenities. Nice, helpful staff. We only have one complaint. We were told at 12:15 PM check in that we could eat in the terrace restaurant in the evening without a reservation. But, when we arrived at 8:45 PM to do so, we were told it was full. There is a special event happening in Marseille and, apparently, they had a rush of guests. It would have been nice to get contacted by the staff to ask if we still wanted to eat there before allowing other guests who arrived later to take all the tables.

Perfect 3 star hotel in a great and safe area of Marseilles. Charming and the room was a nice size. I was very pleased with my stay and it’s exactly the type of hotel I look for.

The room is small. If you have several luggages, difficult to bring to your room. Most of the rooms are not in the same building as the office. Breakfast buffet is good. Room didn't even have lotion or conditioner. The shower is odd. Every time you take a shower, it splashes and floods the bathroom floor. The hotel location though is excellent. No return trip for us.

Une chambre agréable mais pas au niveau du "standing" attendu : "Suite Luxe, terrasse" . Une patère cassée et déchevillée du mur, un manque de produits d'accueil au niveau de la salle de bains. Un manque de patère au niveau de la salle de bains

The prime location near the Old Port made exploring the city a breeze. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, and the staff's friendly service made me feel right at home. The delicious buffet style breakfast was great as well. I recommend this charming hotel for a great Marseille experience.

"5 minute walk to Vieux Port"

Really good location to Vieux Port and restaurants. Room in developed town house. Room was clean and comfortable but small with good shower facilities. We had booked the breakfast with the room. The breakfast was a buffet located near reception and eaten in the courtyard. Breakfast consisted of baguette, eggs, cheese, yogurt, coffee etc. I’m not sure this was worth the money but adequate for the start to the days exploring. I would probably stay there again.
