We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful old building in a beautiful and authentic mountain town. The owners did their very best to meet all requests and helped arrange dinner reservations at the popular, busy restaurant in town. We had a nice breakfast in the garden with homemade products and even learned some Italian phrases during breakfast time :) We recommend visiting this beautiful, tranquil hotel, maybe later during the Autumn if you want a cooler climate

Very nice hotel in a charming little town. Everything looks traditional. There are no cars in the town; the official car parking is quite near to the hotel, around 250 metres. There are other unofficial parkings, 20-100 metres far from the hotel. The breakfast is good. The town is calm and relaxing. The artificial and natural lights of the room are perfect. All the rooms have view to the narrow streets of the town. There are plenty of power outlets. The pillows are ok but could be better. The owners give a lot of useful information about the hotel and the surroundings.

The shower sprays water around and not below the shower head. The shower head is fixed and can't be moved. There are many steps to move around the hotel. The address is correct but the position in the minimap is off by 30 metres.

In these yet again uncertain times of religion wars and fear, going back to renaissance basics, to humanism, is more important than ever. Fulvia & Carlo provide the perfect location and love for detail necessary for such a trip into Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, Vinci, Pistoia and all these great locations, but without the hustle of the mass tourism the rest of the day.

Maybe I should have asked... but there is no table in the main building, or in our room where to sit down and write (or work)

The kitchen was old and the sink was dirty.

Room in old, 500 years old beautiful house. Clean, romantic and cosy. Breakfast is served in private garden beside the house and it was one of the best mornings during our stay in Tuscany. Hosts are kind and very carrying, it was a pleasure meeting them.
