Location Shower pressure was great

The room smelt horrible, I wrnt to store to get fabreeze, the table & benches were sticky. We went away for the day come back & the windows had been closed. Cleanliness was not good

That is was in walking distance to where I needed to be.

Bed was comfortable, room was warm and vlean.

Nice view. Kid friendly

Shower was leaking, water pressure keeps changing

It had what we needed with plenty of room for everyone.

Minor things like not having flannels or being offered a small carton of milk which you expect.

Very tidy & clean bed comfortable staff very friendly & lovely

Light keep twitching in bathroom & at night time this weird sound was going of in our bedroom every half hour not sure if it was the hot water cycliner or fridge but it was really annoying

There is a outdoor area for kids to explore. Its safe. Staff are super friendly, not fussy, they get you set up nice and fast. Inside was super warm, everything we needed was there. I needed a portacot and they set it all up for my 1year old son. Sky and tv were awesome. Had a fridge which was super handy. Beds awesome, warm and comfortable.

For what my intentions were and the money spent. I have nothing to complain about.

We loved how close it was to the gondola and restaurants, we also loved the fact the the host showed us aroumd our room ans only bothered us when we needed them

The pressure of the water in the showers are horrible (room 3), no cold water in the kitchen we kept burning our hands thinking it was the cold water , we feel the room could be warmed up prior to arrival especially the ones coming from the cold. Hot water in the shower in room 8 only lasted no longer then 10mins.
