The rooms were comfortable and the place had all things we needed, in terms of kitchen appliances, and all the rest. The owner was very friendly and helpful. There is really a lot to see in Rotorua...

The unit was functional but looked tired, also has a strong musty type smell. The heater/blower did not work. The unit could really do with a refresh or some TLC.

It was basic and did the trick.

There wee no wash cloths.

Location was great for us. Host was accommodating.

Shower pressure was very poor.

Location was fantastic for Crankworx. Manager kept in contact for check in as we were arriving late. Parking right outside the room. Apartment and linen were clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 night stay. Will stay again.

Shower lacked pressure.

We were a group of 17 seniors who booked out the whole motel. As it's an older building there was plenty of space for sharing and lovely lawns. We were back off the busy main road so we're not disturbed by traffic noise. We could walk to the Skyline gondola and were right next door to the rabbit mini golf. We played at night. So beautiful with the real rabbits and all the lights. The owners were very helpful and quick to fix any issues we had.
