Budget motel but Okay for a short stay.

Bed wasn't comfortable and need a new mattress.

We stayed in the end studio unit right next to the Skyline across the fence. There were only two of us, and the queen bed and single bed were firm but comfortable. The room was very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen including a stove and oven, the bathroom too had great space, and the room overall was kept very clean and tidy. The fan was handy keeping the heat at bay during the hot summer night, basic sky channels provided, and everything needed for our one-night stay. Check-in was very simple and the host was very friendly and kind. The yard has a simple playground, and the grounds could use a bit of life. But that aside, its a nice motel and good enough for a short stay. If you don't mind the facilities and just need a decent room that'll get you through your trip in Rotorua, then it may be suitable for longer stays. It's not in the town centre, being at the entrance to Rotorua, but only a few minutes down the road. Would stay again, thank you for hosting us!!

Linen was clean but limited kitchen utensils. Room needed refurb, catpet in particular needs change. Generally all a bit grim.

Close to all the shops, garages and to our main event.

The double bed was extremely hard The shower is made for adults couldn't reach my grandchildren down low. The shower tray moves and has gashes of a sharp object. No air conditioning for the rooms, only a sm fan. Lawns weren't mowed so grandchildren couldn't play outside on slides etc. No laundry room No pool No pantry for our food

awesome place to stay and doesn’t break the bank. definitely recommend everyone to stay
