Loved the chalet and facilities

Such a shame the pool wasn’t working, as we’d spent ages searching for accommodation specifically with a pool

Приехали на рождественские праздники с 24.12.25 по 28.12.25,были мы с ребенком ,в номере не было рождественской елки,что то произошло с отоплением,перестало работать ,нас переселили в другой дом,где в номере был плохой сигнал на телевизоре,все 4 дня телевизора мы так и не посмотрели ничего.До всех достопремичательностей в горах Татры нужено добираться или на своей машине или ходит поезд,но до него еще надо дойти

A wifi-vel voltak gondok, de talán ez nem is hátrány!

Reason to booked here because it is close to Stary Smokovec, so perfect place if you would like to go for hiking in the mountains. Also same if you would like to go to Poprad. The apartman is perfect for 4-5 people. Everything were fine, new and clean rooms and lounge. If you would like to cook there are basic equipments but if you would like to have your own coffe you should take your coffe maker with you. Also it was great to have a drying rack. At night it was smooth warm. There is also a restaurant next to the apartmants. The surrounding environment is also really nice, lots of green and trees, really peacfull place. The small balcony with wooden bench is also great to stay outside.

Unfortunatelly wellnes things were out of order under our stay but it was not a problem at all.
