Great location within walking distance of the lake and dining. Safe area with very convenient parking. Friendly staff. Very basic continental breakfast.

Excellent value, breakfast and staff on site. TV in Bedroom needed replacing

Bed was soo comfortable and the location was suburb. Just around the corner from Eat Street but in a quiet area. Walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbor pretty good, but I use a white noise maker to cover up the noise.

It's a great old house, very well positioned close to town. The one problem we had was that the house was overheated - despite the rather humid temperatures outside- which made it a bit difficult to sleep, even with the fan going. Otherwise, the breakfast was excellent, and everyone was very friendly.

The location is excellent and property amenities are very good. A very pleasant stay and staff were very helpful.

The b&b was very nice, clean and good customer service. Handy location for the lake and central area. My only observation is that the accommodation was a little dated and in need of refurbishment .

Very tastefully renovated, fresh and clean, great place to base yourself in Rotorua, close to eat street and easy access to the activities in the area
