Lake Lodge B&B Rotorua - Adults Only

Good proximity to main restaurants and lake Unfriendly staff No welcome for check in and very confusing. Not a true B&B. Just a house that is part of the close by motel.

It was very cute and walking distance to all the best restaurants in town. Barry was awesome, and was willing to bend over backwards to make our stay more enjoyable. Everything was kept clean, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Quaint and rustic feeling on the outside, very comfortable and spacious on the inside! The host was wonderfully welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. I wish we had stayed longer!

Nice, quiet B&B in a very convenient, and pretty location. Walking distance to "Eat Street" which has some nice restaurants and pubs. The B&B is near the Lake and Park, which is very pretty. It's a nicely restored old house, reminding us of many B&B's we stayed at in Ireland. Great breakfast in the morning.

Our 2 nights were great. Very comfortable, nice location, and super clean. I’d definitely recommend!

I didnt really like the shower but staff friendly and go out of their way to please. Carole and Vicky were lovely

Good B & B clean and comfortable, Wood fashioned house. Unfortunately we were located next to shared bathroom and toilet.

Wonderful service. Great breakfast. The location is perfect for walking in town.

The interior is pretty good. Clean, functional, cosy. The exterior needs maintenance, from the road it looks pretty crappy. Given the room rate it should be more upmarket. No extractor fan in bathroom - odd. If you get a room close to the dining room it is noisy in the morning so you don't get to sleep-in, nor do you get a relaxing lie-in.
