Lake Lodge B&B Rotorua - Adults Only

The location was close to everything in town. It was a nice walk to everything, food, shopping and sights. The staff at the hotel was more than obliging.

Arrived a little before 3; nobody to great us; sign said to go to the motel nextdoor to checkin. Room 4 was so small we didn’t stay and had to pay anyway. Bed took the whole room with minimal space around it. No chair, no dresser, no luggage rack—no place to put luggage. WIFI kept dropping—unusable. Snoring from nearby room very loud at 3 PM. The breakfast was get your milk and juices from the fridge, someone from the motel below will bring up the rolls, ... Not a place I’d ever stay at!

Our room was very small but for the location, and price it was a good choice. We only stayed one night and would have felt cramped if we stayed longer. They do have other room that I believe are larger.
