Location great. Grounds of the property very nice.

2nd time I’ve stayed in the exact same room (room 1). Shower door doesn’t shut properly so water goes everywhere. Glass shelf in the shower is loose and nearly fell off (broken glass in a shower while barefoot would be interesting?). Bathroom sink doesn’t drain, or does, but who has 45 mins to brush their teeth waiting for the sink to drain so they can carry on. Aircon remote doesn’t work, the staff tried their best but they aren’t aircon specialists so not their fault. Fan in the room rotates like it’s going back in time, adjusting on the remote doesn’t do anything. Very warm night in humid Nelspruit. Believe in 2nd chances so let’s give them a month or two and we try again hoping for the best.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist voll umfänglich auf unsere Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Das Restaurant Orange liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt auf dem Gelände und bietet herausragenden Service.
