Nice hotel with a lovely pool area and a good location if you visit Nelspruit.

The restaurant Orange was a disappointment.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, had everything I needed, and a beautiful view. Watched the sunrise from the room.

Everything was stunning except for coffee or snacks - see below.

Nothing to eat from breakfast. Tere should definitely be a coffee shop to cover lunch period, something light whilst at the pool. Not easy to go to the Orange restaurant also no light lunches there such as toasted sandwiches, pies croissants. View from our room

The bathroom basin very old with chips in the enamel. The room air conditioner is ancient , plastic yellow and deformed with age, swing function does not work , ac. works periodically through each night , while making very loud cracking sounds every hour or 2 .to wake you up . Very difficult to understand why such an exceptional property , that is at yhe high end in Nelspruit , in every other area can be so unaware of the air conditioner

Staff very friendly and the view was fantastic from our balcony over the city
