Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform EXCLUSIVE Aparthotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Apartments are located in the very center of Wrocław, in two locations: Krawiecka 6/4 and Podwale 82 (modern OVO building) - located approximately 450m apart. The main reception where you can collect your keys and the EXCLUSIVE APARTHOTEL parking is located at ul. Krawiecka 6/4. When booking non-refundable rate Guest should present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing. Photos showing the apartments are for illustration purposes only, the facility does not guarantee a specific apartment, but a category, to obtain the target apartment you must contact the reception.

Large three bedroom apartment with plenty of room. Great location. The staff was very helpful. With a few minor repairs (loose steps) this place would be perfect.

"Great stay! "

Our stay was very nice, the place is in a fantastic location and it is luxury. It is very secure and safe. The only niggle we have is that we needed a couple of more towels but apart from that our stay was perfect.

Excellent location and so easy to get to and from using the airport bus and local transport is right outside. My young son slept in the bedroom and I used the sofa bed in the living room which was fine for a few nights. I’ll return again but definitely book two bedrooms.

"Medium place"

Very bad shower and dangerous. Very bad parking that we paid about it... crowd for a big car. Our car damaged twice, The toilet had broken down and nobody come to fix it. Very bad service in that place. Also the air conditioner wasn't good and it was very hot day.

Great spot, central, safe, clean, convenient, well furnished great views. We booked the Superior Duplex Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, 1 living/eating/kitchen area. Great value.

"Excellent modern apartment in great location"

Excellent well equipped apartment, very warm and cosy considering temperatures outside were as low as -13 degrees. Staff at main reception very friendly, supplied coffee when we checked in and had our room ready many hours prior to normal check in time. Ideal location directly across from large shopping centre and only a couple of minutes walk to Rynek Square. Would like to return to Wroclaw in the summer and would be more than happy to stay at the Exclusive Apartments. Johnny & Kim, Bangor, County Down.
