EXCLUSIVE Aparthotel

Our stay at this property was terrific. There were good facilities and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area is small with little space for food preparation but it is well kitted out with delph, cutlery and glassware and there is a good table for dining. The apartment was bright and clean. The location was also great being close to a shopping area and a short walk from Rynek. The staff at reception spoke English, were friendly & helpful and organised a taxi for us when required. We would happily stay here again and would rate it highly and recommend it to others based on our experience.

This was our third time at this hotel. Previously rooms “Marilyn Monroe” and “Champagne”. This time we got “Glamour”. All apartments are great But glamour was our favorite. Really Nice and Big apartment, stylish decorated. Perfect located in the City centre. Quiet area. The staff was kind and helpful. We are definite staying here again.

Walking in to the studio apartment was like walking in to an Ikea room setting. Very clean and modern, great location for the square. But, it is on a very busy road. Traffic and trams, so take ear plugs. Would definite stay there again.

Had a really nice stay at the Goldfinger apartment! Karolina was very friendly and helped with a quick check-in! The property is well-located 2 minutes away from the town square. 24 hr reception, security and elevator on the premises. The studio apartment is spacious, modern and good for a couple or small family. Excellent Wifi. It has a full kitchen with water, coffee provided, stove, utensils, full sized fridge. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. There is no AC but a huge fan provided which was fine. All in all, excellent place to stay, and would definitely recommend when visiting Wroclaw. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Big and comfortable apartments which is perfect for the family.

We rented two of these apartments for our group, both were great. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and a grocery store around the corner. Having a washing machine was great, although without directions we could only get the machine in one of the apartments to work, the other was inscrutable. Finding our way around the complex was a little complicated, as one apartment required two different elevators and a bridge, we figured it out pretty quickly. Cute dwarf sculpture out front!

When booking we were looking for apartment style accommodation and this apartment was found to be almost ideal. It was easy to locate after a 15 minute walk from the train station, the check-in procedure was easy and the apartment was in a very safe location in a block with 24 hour service. The flat overlooked the river and the main street but was on the 5th floor so no street noise was heard. The flat was relatively new with modern appliances and plenty of room. The old town was about 5 minutes walk away. There was a large supermarket across the road with plenty of food options for catering. The only criticisms are that there was bad smell occasionally from the shower drain and there was two high stools at the breakfast bar which were unsteady due to loose and missing screws in their construction. These faults were brought to the notice of the reception when we left. Overall a very good property and good value for the money.

Fantastic location short walking distance to the town square and tourist attractions. Staff is very helpful and nice, apartments modern, spacious and clean this will definitely be our first option when we visit Wroclaw again.

This is a tough one. Giving a bad review is out of character, but in this case. Our arrival was fine. The room was in a different building a few minutes' walk from the original place. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working nor was there any linen for the fold out couch. I called and never got a return call in the three days that we were there. I did call hotels.com service and they must not have had any luck, either. Again, n one came up or returned the call for service. This is a first. Now, the hotel is in an excellent location, and easy walk to the city, restaurants, the train station, etc.
