A truly outstanding spacious apartment in a fabulous location. Would not hesitate to use this apartment or company again.

To start with, the location is SUPERB. Three minutes walk from the main square is just a dream of every tourist. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but there were some strange twists. The office is in a different building than the room. It was a real test finding it. A big parking lot, many elevators, closed corridors with doors opening to various directions.We spent some 15 minutes in searching for the room with our luggage on us. Entering the spacious well equipped room we couldn't believe our eyes. The bed was about 25 cm high. It was almost like sleeping on the floor. I am sure that even younger people the us would not like to sleep on the floor (Even with a good matrass). It was a disaster. Not only climbing out or in, bur even reaching something on the cabinet near the bed which was designed for normal beds.... (See picture). We paid extra for a "Good breakfast" We were told it will be by room service which sounded great. Next morning we indeed got our breakfast: It was like the stuff you get on a charter flight. (See picture). In the booking process there was no mentioning of anything like that. At check out I complained about the breakfast, and I give it to the management that the refunded us the extra fee. It was a decent action which we appreciated. Of course there was nothing the could do about the strange bed. If I ever come again to Wroclaw I would like to stay again in their great location, but not with that kind of funny bed - like I have never seen before.

Spent two nights in December 2018 in a studio apartment while visiting the Christmas market. We arrived mid morning and the check in desk happily stored our luggage for us. They even offered to ring my mobile if the room was available early. The check in process was simple and stress free. The location is perfect being on edge of the old town and only a few minutes walk from Rynek square. The apartment is modern and contains a fridge, small induction hob, microwave/ oven, toaster and a kettle. There was even a washing machine in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and had a selection of pillows. The WiFi was also very good. We are planning go Back to Wroclaw next year and will certainly stay here again. We can’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean, luxurious furnishings, really spacious, very central for everything, only 2 mins walk to the main square. Friendly reception staff, lift access to all floors.highly recommended

Upon arrival we had some problems with Internet and Tv. The next day they couldn’t fix it, so we got upgraded to another (bigger) apartment. Very friendly staff and very helpful. The apartments were nice and clean and there were plenty of amenities in the apartment. We had a very nice stay (6 days)

HELLO we came 2 couples for holidays , the room was very clean and like a new , the Wi-Fi doesn't work , the safe was close ( repair the day after ) the breakfast didn't arrive ( we cancel all the 7 days breakfast ) the washing machine tremble/jumping and make big noise. earlier in morning , noise from the main street.

Clean and spacious apartment with all necessary equipment included. Nespresso coffee machine was a great addition.
