We enjoyed everything about this property, the location was perfect, reception was efficient and very friendly. Facilities in the apartment were brilliant, we couldn’t have asked for any more.

Sofa bed mattress stained and spare bedding stained no Wi-Fi working during stay complained to reception but done nothing to resolve problems

Went to Wroclaw for a 4 day break having not been abroad for the last lot of years, was apprehensive as you hear horror stories but I have to say totally unfounded, apartments were very clean spacious and equipment in the kitchen was excellent. Reception staff were extremely helpful from the moment of booking emailing me to confirm taxi booking which was organised by them for me, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and I was amazed at the central location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will most definitely be back.

We arrived in the early part of the afternoon, girls at reception were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they brought us to the apartment and showed us around. The apartment was clean and beautiful, kitchen was well equipped even a Nespresso!. The only complaint I have is we had an issue with the television and was told someone would fix it they never did, this is a minor issue but had our stay been longer it would have been an issue. Location was great easy access to trams, train and shopping, a short distance to the square which was beautiful. Highly recommended the apartments and to the two amazing reception staff who were so warm friendly and helpful a great big thank you, I am already looking forward to returning.

We were in the big apartment, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The apartment is apartment for 8 people, but I don't think anyone can sleep in the living room because it's in the middle of the apartment and disturbed all the time. We were five. In one room there is a sofa bed but we haven't opened it so I don't know why it's enough but she looks small. The staff is very kind and Nice. The only problem was that we only 2 towels and asked three times until We have received e were with the window to a main street but the window is double so you do not hear anything There's only one TV in the living room, for whoever cares

What a fantastic place to stay in Wroclaw! Apartment was in a fantastic location to walk to everywhere you'd want to visit (Solny Square 5 mins, Tumski Bridge 15 mins). Also conveniently situated near tram stops if you don't want to walk around, and across the road from a large supermarket if you want to get supplies in during your stay. The apartment was very clean, and also warm which was helpful given it was snowing and minus temperatures during my visit! I did read reviews that people found it difficult to find but I didn't have this issue at all. The reception is clearly marked and staff were very friendly in giving me instructions on how to access the apartment. They also organised an airport collection for me as well as storing my luggage securely on the day I checked out.

Booked this place after reading the review and we were surprised. Communication through emails was good and easy, and they were responsive. Asked them to book us a taxi on the day of the flight to Wroclaw which they did without a problem, and the driver didn't over-charged us. In light of this experience, we have asked them to book us a taxi back to the airport at the end of the stay. The front desk team was really nice and helpful, helped us reach the apartment with all the luggage, showed us the apartment and explained how to get around. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, well supplied and comfortable. Took us a minute to understand how to adjust the heating. Windows are double glazed so the cold stayed outside. things I'd improve are the fact that in the shower there is no shelf or something of that kind to put the shampoo and soap, so we've had to improvise. Also, it would be nice to have some English speaking channels, especially for kids. Location is superb, right at the center.

Exclusive Aparthotel helped make our stay brilliant from start to finish. We got a free upgrade when we arrived which was a bonus, moving us to a two bedroom apartment with large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. If only we had brought more people with us! This apartment was huge, really huge, and better than a hotel room in so many ways. Storage space was unbelievable, if only we hadn't flown with Ryanair we could have brought loads of clothes! We didn't use the kitchen to a great extent but it more than fitted our needs if we had chosen to but the cost of living and dining in Wroclaw is so cheap. It was only a few minutes walk from the apartment to the main tourist areas. Exclusive Aparthotel offer the best of hotels with the home from home of an apartment. Brilliant, I can't recommend them highly enough.
