EXCLUSIVE Aparthotel

Booked 2 suites for 3 night for New Year’s Eve. We has a one bedroom suite for one, (Venice) and a small apartment for the other. Brand new suites. Has everything you need in it. Kitchen has plates and utensils as well as a dishwasher and fridge. Bathroom has either a shower or shower with tub combo and washing machine. Great internet , clean and comfy. Area is next to main square and across the street a main mall Lots of stores downstairs to do groceries or basics. There is parking available at the hotel. The staff are what makes the place even better. Very helpful and we will definitely return.

We booked two apartments for our city break - unfortunately we could not be accommodated near each other - after chatting with reception they offered us a bigger apartment to stay together. Apartment was fantastic - modern clean and well equipped with fabulous city views...close to the main square with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Staff were lovely and would definitely recommend - very comfortable and safe.

Our booking was made well in advance. It was chosen for the convenience of the location and on the recommendation of trip advisor reviews On arrival we were told that they were over booked and that we were then sent by taxi to another apartment building a bit further away from the town centre. We could still walk and the apartment was fine. But with temperatures around and below 0 it was not so convenient! On Check out we were told that we would not be given a taxi again. Since our car was still parked at the first place, we were told to walk there with our luggage or walk and get the car to pick up the luggage. There is no parking in front of the second apartment! So once more a huge convenience!

We stayed here 23rd nov to 26th nov for the Christmas markets , it’s literally 5 min walk around back of hotel , the hotel is fabulous so modern and warm and welcoming , we had a double deluxe apartment which was modern and immaculate ! So much space for a family with a new baby and cot was supplied, kitchen has everything you need and bathroom a walk in shower ! Rooms are warm and airy there is a lift up to each floor ! Downstairs is a host of lovely staff more than happy to help and there is a bar /coffee shop that is charming , Wroclaw is one of the best city’s I have ever visited so much history so much to do and see ! I honestly can’t recommend this hotel or Wroclaw enough especially at Christmas time and I can’t wait to return ! Definitely 10 out of 10 , please visit this hotel and Wroclaw thank-you Christina and family ❤️

great location, spacious apartment, clean.

We had a one-bedroom apartment with loads of wardrobe & storage space, a separate lounge area, spacious bathroom with washing machine & a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, utensils, microwave oven, dishwasher & a refrigerator. Sadly missing were cutlery & dishcloths for wiping the kitchen bench. There was not even a teaspoon available to make coffee with. The apartment is centrally located to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, KFC & McDonald's. Service staff were all helpful & friendly. A most comfortable stay!! The Apartments comprise of 2 separate blocks. Whilst we were in the block where Reception was, our friends were allocated shared apartments across the road. Their complaints were the remote, dark & quiet location; & the inability to transport suitcases up the spiral staircase in the apartment. So, it pays to check & confirm where you would be allocated.

Very comfortable apartment located close to everything.

This hotel has lovely rooms at very high standard this was second time we stayed in this property. Although this time round we must have got the worst possible room. When you opened the door the was s smell of dampness. Leather was peeling of chairs in dining area and it just wasn’t nice room comparing to the room we stayed in last year. Girl in reception was very kind and transferred us to another room which was perfect. We were staying 4 nights so I was glad we were moved.
