EXCLUSIVE Aparthotel

We stayed here 5 years ago although in a different apartment. So we knew what to expect. The location is amazing for trams, shopping and the Christmas market. All within a few minute walk. The apartment itself was nice, clean and spacious. Our main issue with the stay was the bed was so so uncomfortable. One of the adults ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. Another disappointment was the refusal to give any sort of late checkout knowing we had a late flight and young child. We offered to pay and told absolutely cannot. We rushed out and annoyingly no house keeping was waiting to get in and the receptionist wasn’t even at the front desk for checkout.

We had a large room for relaxing and a large bedroom, we stayed over the weekend so there was noise from outside, the stay was comfortable and the breakfast and staff were great. Maybe an upgrade to a smart TV would be nice. Central position for Poznan and what it has to offer.

Everything was great

Excellent place to stay near everything. The apartment itself was beautiful, very well maintained and really felt like a home with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable, we has a balcony, it was perfect! The only downside was that the alley going to the apartments had lots of broken glasses and garbage on the pavement. Other than that, nothing bas to say, i will definitely go back.

A lovely apartment that was very central for the old town etc. Many restaurants within short walking distance.

The ladies at the reception desk were very helpful.

Excellent aparthotel in the city center, a real gem! Tastefully designed and perfectly furnished and equipped apartment in the very center - sightseeing, shopping, dining is all just steps away. The property is located on a small side street and is very quiet at night. The staff is very nice and helpful. Hope there will be a chance for me to visit Wroclaw again and stay at this place.again.

The apartment was excellent. It was clean, well furnished and had everything you needed. The parking however was not what i expected. Although it was facinating that it was underground, it was also very tight.

I am planning to formally complain to booking.com about the poor quality of our stay and your facilities in Wroclaw and ask for a full refund. I have never done this before but this time our experience was truly terrible. We (a family of two adults and three kids) were very disappointed for the following reasons: One of the reasons, we chose the property was because it was described as having parking. When we called to reserve parking, we were told that no parking was available on that day. So we had to look for parking somewhere else and pay PLN 60 extra for this. That was a huge inconvenience because our stay was already rather short and we did not want to spend time looking for parking. We requested a child crib for a 1.5-old baby. We were promptly informed about the additional charge for it and assured that it would be there. Upon arrival, we found another portable bed for an adult, instead of a crib. When we requested a proper crib, someone at reception first told us that the crib was supposed to be put there by someone else, not him. We asked several times to fix this problem. Someone brought us the crib without any bed sheet, pillow or blanket for a small child. We were suggested to use something from adult beds, which was completely impossible (too big for a small crib). Our TV set was not working at all. We tried to make it work ourselves and failed, Then someone from the reception tried to help us and also failed. We were told that someone would need to come to fix it later. This never happened. What was described as a sofa for sleeping turned out to be impossible to sleep on - the mattress was very thin and one could feel iron springs piercing into our bodies and making a lot of noise each time we moved. See the picture. I had to sleep on the floor to avoid it.

Amazing place, great location and friendly staff. Breakfast is served in rooms, and they have grrat selection, something for everyone. Amazingly clear. Highly recommend to everyone searching for place to stay in Wroclaw!
