Super Lake Hotel

At first I thought the driver was in a wrong place. He convinced me it was the right place. The entrance was unkempt, the reception was nothing like a reception strong smell of cannabis. The lift was dirty, stained smell cannabis. The room was not was it stated on the website. There was no desk, chair, or clothing anger. My clothes were in my carry on suitcase. I asked for an office chair, to enable me do work on my pc, despite no desk but a shelf. No place to rest my legs. Thinking about it the mini fridge was shoved in the space. I have to cushion the dirty, stained with two pillows. I could not the discomfort, I abandon plan to work. I completed my work when I got back on the 24 Jan 2025, sadly one of the work gone past the deadline of 20 January 2025 There was no mini tea/coffee. I was too tired, I lay on the bed, the sheets did not look clean. I intend to check out the next morning, I found I was not getting a refund. I did expressed my dismay. Lots of noise, worse in the night, worried that someone was going to break into my room. The heat regulator was broken, the battery exposed no lid. I talked about health and safety. The cotton drapes was all over the place. I am in the hotel x1-2 a month, that was not a hotel.

Cheap spot in Flushing without a ton of perks, but is clean and supremely low price. Worth a one night stay if you want to fly out of LGA in the morning and don't want to pay out the nose.

Absolutely trash place. ADVOID AT ALL COST!!!

In the room next door they had the TV on full volume until 3am and we could not sleep. Neighbors yelling and doors slamming could also be heard throughout the night.

Aside from the elevator being out of service, it was a wonderful experience. Definitely will stay there again, as long as the elevator is fixed.

The entry to the lobby was difficult. The automatic doors did not open when standing in front of them. There was no sign saying to push a button to open the door. The lobby did not look like the picture on the website. The floors were dirty and there were stacks of boxes behind the lobby desk. The elevator did not work throughout our whole stay there. Our room was on the ninth floor. There were about 20 to 30 steps between each floor. The room had a nice view of the Manhattan skyline. The ceiling had holes in the room and bathroom. The beds were comfortable for a good night sleep.

The location is fantastic, but the hotel was filthy and stinky, making our stay a nightmare. The elevator malfunctioned for the entire weekend, causing immense inconvenience. The room was dirty, the roof was filthy, and the bathroom was utterly disgusting. While I understand the appeal of a low price, sometimes it’s worth investing a bit more to avoid such a dreadful experience.
