Broke elevator

Would have been helpful for the hotel to contact us prior than check in to inform us their elevator was not working and our room was on the 8th floor...

Staying on the 8th floor. Elevator was broken for the entire time. When we arrived on Friday we had to wait 20 minutes for the desk attendant to check us in because they said they were in the bathroom. No compensation offered for having to hike up and down the stairs all weekend

I can't believe expedia sponsor this place. It was dirty. Our room smell like vomit. They gave us a room on the eighth floor and the elevator wasn't working. Family of 5 with a lot of luggage, with a senior in the stairs. No personal to help. I do not recommend this place.

Elevator didn’t work old outdated Would never stay there again

How could you EXPEDIA even sponsor or add such a terrible building. No help no elevator had to carry all my and my wife’s luggage 8 floors up and down. People were carrying babies and strollers Even though the hotel allowed me to cancel your customer service refused knowing the elevator is not working.

There was a language/ communication issue

For the price, the room is fair and reasonable, and the location is decent. However, there are a few issues.Noisy in the middle of the night, making it hard to sleep. I also found the hair dryer quite dirty. Additionally, I had a strange experience where I left my luggage leaning against the door when i sleep and at 3:30 in the morning, I found my luggage lying on the floor. I’m not sure how it happened, but it’s never happened to me before.
