Super Lake Hotel

It is definitely not a luxury hotel in any way, but for the price compared to other options around the city it was totally fine, and it's 45 min metro to Times Square a short walk away. Lots of food options around also.

I did not know this hotel was part refuge and part hotel. Seeing the army at the lobby made me feel safe but then again worried. Thankfully it was only for a few hours because I don’t think I could’ve stayed more than a few hours. The room was clean. Bed super comfy. But I still felt a bit weird in there. Description should state what the hotel is and the pictures should be updated. I wouldn’t stay here again but not a terrible choice for a quick few hour stay for others.

Shattered windows, several sleeping in entry, lying about stolen towels, hole in the floor and we only stayed hours! Never stay here!

Room was dirty. Custom service was bad. My room did not have a refrigerator or a phone to call front desk. Receptionist was sleeping. The air conditioner was not working well and the room just gave bad energy.

Security was very nice.

I walked in and the building seemed like it was under construction there were 6 men in the lobby 3 in military uniform and 3 in security guard uniform. And there was no one at the makeshift front desk . I did not spend the night at there nor did i get my money back. Whoever is writing the reviews for here must have been paid.

Doesn't look anything like the pictures. Staff was nice and friendly, but floor board were creeping up.

Clean, well protected. Convenient location.

The hotel was comfortable but pretty average. Definitely suitable for a solo traveler.
