Comfort Suites Huntersville near Lake Norman

Microwave in room didn’t work. Nowhere to park in the parking lot as the construction workers and their equipment took up six or more spots at a time. My wife didn’t feel safe here with all the dirty construction workers. The place feels cheap and my room was not properly cleaned.

A handicapped accessible bathroom that was actually accessible! So many properties claim their facilities accommodate people with mobility issues, but fail to meet those expectations -- often miserably. Your hotel delivered as advertised. THANK YOU.

Second floor was missing an ice machine.

Breakfast was decent

Pool was cold and there was no ice service on the main floor, only on floors 3 & 4. Mind of inconvenient if you want it at breakfast.

At least two the of supposed secure doors/entries to the hotel separate from the main lobby entrance are never locked, or broken, and neither nor requires a room key to enter the hotel. As such, anyone can enter the hotel with direct access to all floors through these doors.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and convenient to the Interstate and to restaurants. Comfortable beds, great shower, and a good selection for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
