Comfort Suites Huntersville near Lake Norman

The pool was ice cold & our toilet did not work for 1&1/2 days! The staff were all helpful except not fixing our toilet!

We were awakened in the middle of the night by water dripping from the ceiling onto us. The leak forced us to get up, go to the front desk, and request a new room. While staff did provide another room, we then had to pack all of our belongings and move in the middle of the night, which was very inconvenient. At checkout, we requested a call from the manager and were told we would hear back the next day. We never received that call. My husband followed up and was told someone would call after 3 PM—again, no one reached out. We understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of follow-up from management was very disappointing. We travel to Charlotte every year for the races, but unfortunately, we will be looking for a different place to stay next time.

Mo vending machine on each floor. Would appreciate at least drinks available more conveniently. Many families complained pool was too cold.

Need was very comfortable. Nice television. Pkenty of room.

No room service. We stayed a week and they never came and emptied the trash or made the bed. We did. Some of the furniture is getting worn.

How friendly the staff was, They made sure your stay was comfy. Plus the food was delicious
