My restroom light did not work had no ash trays

Walking distance to NOS Center

It was dirty, we killed 4 cockroaches , in a bad area. And a cigarette burn in our comforter, as well as not a single draw in the entire room

Ice machine and spacious for 3 heads.

We got a king room non smoking and there were 3 rooms available when we arrived to check in. The guy didn't want to do his job apparently because other people had to wait also prior to checking in. I checked to find that there were 3 king rooms completely cleaned and ready to be occupied. Do your job. Very inconsiderate. Work at a warehouse so you can keep yourself busy getting $20 an hour instead of the pay you're getting. There was a giant dead male cockroach and there was one alive trying to get into my bag of chips.

Plenty of parking

Unfriendly staff, homeless encampments, faulty lighting in room, heavy cigarette odors.

It was a 30 min walk to the NOS Event center.

Upon entry, the fridge in the room had so much ice buildup in the top freezer portion from the prior visit, it wouldn't close. So when we went out and returned from our event there was water all over the floor. We ended up using a lighter and ink pen to melt and chisel some of the ice out of the way to be able to close and use the fridge.

Ice machine, refrigerator and microwave. The bed and couch you can move for more space.

Cockroaches. Baby cockroaches living in the bathroom. Comes out of drainage holes to scavenge. Also, dead cockroaches are not swept from the floor. Our body towels were traded with the towel you'd put on the floor to step on when you get out of the showers. HDMI on tv was not accessible.
