Budget Lodge San Bernardino

That was a great location in relations to the event I was attending. For a place to just sleep the night great! Would not consider for hanging out in the room all day.

The parking lot was crowded with cars parked in very bad ways. The AC would come and go. And there were some sketchy people outside our room one of the nights. Got to sleep and get out.

housekeeping was courteous and helpful.

I reserved two rooms. I requested they let my sister in because she got there an hour early. they agreed. when my sister arrived they didn't allow her. They said because I booked through Booking.com"you should have booked directly with the hotel" The reception staff was very unfriendly and lobby smelled like marijuana. There were a lot of homeless people walking the parking lot. felt very unsafe. it was a motel they allowed weekly stays. It didn't have an iron or a blow dryer. beds were hard. There were cigarette ashes in my non smoking room.

Honestly l, the only thing that I was even close to happy about was the location.

It was disgusting. The room I stayed in wasn’t cleaned appropriately, obviously housekeeping does not care. Found the most disgusting toe nail clippings on & under the bed, it was awful.
