"A pleasant stay. No problem staying there in the future in spite of a couple of petty complaints."

Staff and accommodations were fine. Clean and comfortable room. Well-equipped breakfast area with good selections.

Sounds petty but the elevator is without a doubt the slowest I've EVER seen even in a third world country. The HVAC system was troublesome and not very responsive to wall mounted control.

Said they accept dogs online and on the check in app for a fee of $25. They do not accept dogs though. Couldn’t cancel either.

"I really good, bathtub needs work , it's chipped all over."

The staff was great, the lobby was nice. The bed was comfy

My bathroom, the tub in room 305 needs work, that's not ok to have a chipped tub. I was scared to take a bath thought I might get cut!! 😭 For almost 200 a night please fix that. Lol

Location

The clerk at front desk argued with me about charging a pet fee for a service animal. Which I tried to explain to her it is against the law to charges fees for service animals then some other lady standing with her said that’s is how we do it
