Chambre immense avec vue sur la piscine mais la piscine te voit ! Tu vis rideaux tirés et reveillée à 6h45 par des enfants jouant dans l'eau. 1 seul oreiller par personne, impossible de lire. Lit trop dur, sommeil compliqué. Les toilettes sont dans la douche : jamais vu ça !!! Climatisation d un autre âge tres bruyante. Pool bar à l'abandon. Un vieux moteur de groupe electrogene est abandonné au bord de la piscine... Petit dej tres sympa au prime abord mais dès 7h15 tous les plats chauds sont froids, ils sont pourtant présentés dans des contenants censés les garder au chaud mais qui ne sont pas branchés electriquement. Le café aussi est froid il est à disposition dans une carafe en verre posée sur un plateau !!! Le serveur me montre le micro ondes !!!

AUThe location is excellent for old town and close to good restaurants. Great having a pool too. The staff really tried to help and were friendly enough but seemed overworked or overwhelmed. This is OK for a short stay but not the 5 nights we had booked. It's worth noting the area was hit hard with floods, so the hotel might be still dealing with the issues of that. They just seemed to have some inefficiencies.
A number of maintenance issues with the hotel that impacted our stay greatly. Some beds in the room were comfortable, so were rock hard. The breakfast had too much choice and was over complicated for a small space. Coffee had to be heated in the microwave. The set-up needs to be simplified, food waste seemed real here. The details for the hotel need to be updated too. They don't have a bar or a restaurant, so we were disappointed when we arrived late in the evening.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln an dem Hotel. Die Musik aus der Nachbarschaft war etwas laut, was mich nicht weiter gestört hat und wofür das Hotel nichts kann.

Au tout début plusieurs messages envoyés par booking aucune réponse de leur part. Ensuite à notre arrivée la suite parentale de 70m2 pas disponible nous avons eu deux chambres dont une tout petite. La piscine est toute petite et froide il y a un bar mais personne pour nous servir car il n’y avait plus de boissons. Et pour finir la plus grande chambre était collée à côté d’un bar de nuit et d une discothèque nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit heureusement qu’in est qu’une nuit sur place. Il attirent les familles avec cette suite et l’annule à votre arrivée. Passez votre chemin grosse arnaque.
