THLocation is great. Atmospheric building and room. Good breakfast. Staff is nice and English is ok. Next to noisy bars but room was quiet.
AC blowing straight in your face on the bed. Difficult to regulate. Remote for TV did not work. I told reception repeatedly but no action taken. Shower pressure very low and not really warm water. Clumsy towel rack. It is ok for a couple of nights but there are better options available.

USJust right at the heart of old Hoi An. Plenty of restaurant near by/bar with walking distance. The bed was superb. Memory pillow foam.
Due to recent storm. The bath tub faucet all rust and mold. The way bathroom desired, you have to stand inside the bathtub for shower. So this is my negative point.

FRNous avons apprécié notre séjour dans une grande et belle chambre, un véritable petit studio avec un coin bar. La salle de bain et la douche sont spacieuses et d'une grande propreté, ce qui témoigne d'une hygiène irréprochable et contribue grandement à notre confort. Cependant, étant situé au bord de la piscine, l'emplacement peut être un peu bruyant. Cela nous oblige à tirer les doubles rideaux pour préserver notre intimité et profiter d’un peu plus de tranquillité.
De plus, nous avons un peu moins été satisfaits de la literie, le matelas étant assez mou, ce qui n’a pas totalement répondu à nos attentes en termes de confort pour dormir.
ESStaff was fantastic.
Only one pillow option which was painful for my neck & back condition, had to sleep with 2 folded towels instead. Maintenance was bad. Bicycles were all almost broken, flat tyre, no brakes. Place is full of trip and fall hazards. Bathroom was in pretty bad condition, no curtain. Bed lamp wasn't working. Breakfast is poor. Noise insulation is bad. Won't recommend.
AUAULocation was perfect. Breakfast was very good. Good overall options of food.
Ran out of water both days we stayed there. Had to truck in water to shower, but we made do. Staff were very helpful.
