So peaceful and beautiful from every angle. But it’s the staff that are absolutely exceptional. They make everything very personalised and nothing is too much trouble. The food is fabulous too.

Incredibly peaceful, unique and comfortable - service was exceptional.

We felt like $90 USD for a massage was overpriced.

Wir waren über Silvester hier und haben dadurch auch sehr viel bezahlt, haben es aber nicht bereut. Die Lage, das Personal einfach grossartig. Trotz, dass wir nur 8 Personen zu Silvester waren, hat man eine Band spielen lassen und uns eine Piniata zerstören lassen. Ein lustiger Event, auch wenn wir uns alle nicht kannten.

Das Personal am Pool hätte aufmerksamer sein dürfen. Für Getränke haben wir uns meinst bemühen müssen. Schade!

It is well maintained and peaceful

It is super silent they don’t have soft music ambient we were the only couple in the Island and sometimes we wanted to hear some ambient music, at the end they gave us a speaker to join with Bluetooth. The staff were very nice and attentive but a little bit like robots (only boys)

The place is amazing. The views are incredible. The cabins ate cozy and trendy. The food is gourmet. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Service is at the level of perfection. All of this makes for a unique luxury experience. Coming back is a must if I ever visit Nicaragua again!

Tout est absolument parfait ! Nous avions l’hôtel pour nous, le personnel était aux petits soins, tout le monde a été adorable. Le lieu est magique, beau et très propre. La nourriture était délicieuse et très copieuse. Je recommande
