Staff were super friendly and helpful

It was phenomenal. The staff were so friendly and helpful, great location and the beachfront villa was spectacular! Could snorkel right off our bedroom with starfish and dugongs! Beach movie night was a highlight but overall the staff made this place. Also nice and peaceful and relaxing and not super touristy! It was so good we even left our next resort to return back to erakor for the last few nights of our trip!

Melanesian night was awesome. Food was first class and performance from fire boys was really good entertainment.

Upon arrival the lovely lady that greeted us was very softly spoken and we couldn’t hear about the facilities or check in process very clearly. Also because we arrived with another party on the boat the check in experience was awkward as both parties were seated at same table upon arrival and had to hear each others room numbers and details etc. Each party should be checked in separately and no personal details such as names, room type, location you live etc shared with strangers.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at the resort. The facilities, kayaks, pool, snorkelling etcetera were a highlight Our children enjoyed the kids club and the events organised for children at the resort. The spa offered excellent massages.

There could have been greater variation in the restaurant menu, particularly it's offerings for children. There were lot of fried options etcetera but not many vegetables. This was balanced out by the fruit etcetera offered at breakfast. It was not clear from the menu/pricing that all of this was exclusive of VAT.

It was the most beautiful location, just the right balance of boutique, authentic, and perfect for our family. The staff were so friendly and special shout out to Frieda.
