My daughter and I stayed at Quest Scarborough for 5 nights and it was perfect for us. The view of the pool was beautiful, everything was clean and the staff were amazing and helped us whenever we had a question and needed to extend our stay. Hanna in particular made us feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend for everyone.

Disgusting team, terrible service, no compassion. I will never book another stay with any quest apartment ever.

Disgusting, despicable team, no compassion for anyone but their own profit. Wife was in hospital and they couldn’t give a care in the world. Response from Quest apartment to my review: "We're sorry this was outside our control"... you literally pressed a button saying no to a compassion request from booking.com along with a very "sincere" message of nothing more than "request declined". Excuse me but that is completely within your control and a very deliberate decision...
