"For the cost of the room for one night would have expected at least a clean room."

They had a room available and secure parking

Sheets on bed were stained, towel had what looked like mascara stain, tiles in bath were dirty/dingy Staff at time of check in was quite impatient and not very welcoming. Very noisy room as close to intersection. Aircon in room didn’t seem to be working properly

location, parking, facilities all great and i requested a quieter room and it was that. we had a nice outdoor area near pool and the AC worked really good.
