das personal war freundlich. das zimmer war gross & geräumig

leider war ich sehr ennttäuscht von der leistung. das zimmer war nicht bereit als ich pünktlich einchecken wollte. der raum-service wurde nicht gemacht, da ein feiertag war: dies war aber bei der buchung nicht deklariert. das tolettenpapier war knapp & kein ersatz vorhanden. zudem musse vermehrt auf das fehlende duschgel anfragen. auf anfrage für eine reduktion für den hotel-preis wurde ich an das management von quest verwiesen; da erhile ich keine antwort.

Excellent location. We had a room looking directly over a very busy road but the noise inside was minimal. You could not sit on the balcony though without a lot of noise. Ok for us but bear that in mind and request a quieter room if that’s a problem.

Road noise but not a major issue. We were out most of the time.
