"Easter at Quest Scarborough"

The apartment was lovely with a comfortable couch. The beds were great and bathroom w laundry facilities nice and spacious. 2 min walk to the beach and just around the corner from great cafe and restaurant. We had a beautiful time!

"Underwhelming"

I expected better from Quest having stayed at facilities in other countries. Our room was serviced once during our 6 night stay - I had to go and get fresh towels. Dishwasher didn't work and wasn't fixed during our stay, washing machine leaked. Apartment was spacious but a bit tired, pillows were old and lumpy and uncomfortable.

"Great location, poor maintenance"

Location is great, 5min walk to the beach and a huge number of cafe and resturants within short walking distance.

Issues with the room. Night one, the electronic door lock would not operate, luckily we were able to grab the desk attendant as she was closing for the night; after changing the batteries and playing the connections she got it to work. Night 2 the same issue with the door lock again, same thing the desk attendant changed batteries several times and got it working. Needless to say, we made sure that we both did not leave the room after hours in case it happend again. The toilet roll holder was hanging on by the last thread, this was fixed the day it was reported. One of the light switches was damaged and flopping around in the socket a bit, although reported at 8am, it was still not fixed that day. The towel rail fell off the wall. We did give feedback on leaving and sent a follow up email before posting the review. 2 weeks and no response. We have stayed at Quest properties all over Australia and this is the only time that has dissapointed.

"Beachside haven."

Location was perfect! So close to the beach and shops nearby. The room had a great view of the ocean and the size of the accommodation had good facilities.

Just the bathroom was a bit outdated, other than that it was perfect.
