i like your staff in customer service very friendly,good communication to attend customer and excellent great customer.Next,i dont like is buggy driver which is during i want to check out from room garden,he drive very fast and dangerous during turn right and left drive buggy because i bring my daughter and son turn 1 yrs old.However,i want to say thank you to buggy driver during i want to check in cause drive very carefully.just only check out have buggy driver bad attitude drive buggy.

Services just so so

Enjoying our 2nites stay at Grandpool Villa SeaView unit. Only we think that they didnot change the square pillows cover (blue and orange) everytime change guest. My son face got rashes after using that square pillow. Other than that, everything was superb!!

The room pool is awesome. Outdoor pool is good. All staffs are friendly. Buffet breakfast need improvement im term of food. Reduce spicyness of sambal bili or chili sambal. Roselle coffee house service is awesome. Will comeback again...

the cleanliness and ambience was great! the service was fast with friendly staffs. the only thing that was unexpected was the aircond condition, as the room was quite warm at night eventhough we’ve adjusted the temp. which we ended up slept with both aircond n fan on. All in all, it was a great trip.

It was an amazing moment and experience with lots of activities available at hotel. All of us really enjoyed and having so much fun together!

It was a nice stay. The resort was nice but needs a bit of updating. I do wish there was better food and there were more free activities.
