The receiptionist very slow when check in especially on saturday...

Complimentary upgrade is good. The furnishing in the room seems a bit run down and dated. And many ants in the room. Staffs are polite and breakfast choices are good. Overall ok and hope there is refurbishing to improved the facilities.

The water villa room was great - very clean with a private swimming pool and in the middle of the sea. The breakfast was crowded and served mainly local food. Wifi didn't work during the entire stay of 3 nights.

This is not even a 2* in European standard. You do not expect for paying a lot per night to be put outside for your breakfast in 30 degree heat with no air conditioning on dirty tables that are plastic. The pool is a joke as in total there are 10 sunbeds.

So big with 2 double bed in a room with a private pool. Comfortable & clean room. My kids love the pool very much. Definitely will repeat vacation here.

Bilik yang sgt selesa kemas dan bersih.kolam peribadi sangat sesuai untuk percutian keluarga..keseluruhan sangat berpuas hati terutama makanan yg sangat sedap dan pelbagai..bercuti lah di grand lexis kerana semuanya ada disini..

Second time staying at the Grand Pool Villa. Everthing meets expectation or better but was dissapointed with the breakfast service. I have another guest with me and we are paying the breakfast for him. Unfortunately, we have to go to to the hotel reception to pay for the breakfast. We could have just settle it at the restaurant and not spoil our day. Could have also charge it to the room. Thats what best hotels do.
