Hotel Contempo

Was very loud noise outside of the room from early morning so could get rest peacefully. Towels were smelling.

A fairly clean and modern hotel, a little run down, but overall quite good.

Nice quite upscale and conveniently located! Will be my new go to place when visiting Managua.

Food was great and bed was comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago and I had an excellent impression of it in all aspects. However ins this last stay, I did not like that much no more. The bathroom needs mold to be removed. The sink is NOT appropriate for the room. It needs a deeper sink. TV is another is another thing. I never received an explanation of how to use the 3 controls for TV. I could not connect to NETFLIX, or AMAZON PRIME. The internet signal is super poor where my room was located. I had to walk to dining room to get a good signal. Need attention on this because it was very hard for me to work in the computer. Everything else was Excelent, I think the property management needs to put more attention in cleanliness, internet, sink, and recheck TV options

I have stayed at this property fo several times during the years. I always come back as I like its location, friendly staff, and nice and unique rooms. This time, however, I was dissappointed on the level of noise, and worse, the noise that was created by what I pressume were other guests. I checked in to the hotel very late at night after a very tiring flight. And around 6am, people came knocking on my door, and ran with laughter. It was annoying. There was also noise all around. I could not rest. Not a great experience. ☹️

The property is dated. The lock on my door was semi broken. Overall staff was lovely

Excellent breakfast the condition for the room is very good The system for light around the room is so difficult but it’s OK.
