great place, but no hot water for nighttime shower or morning shower. perhaps it was just my room, or just that day, but no hot water.

Staff was awesome, food was great. I just didn’t like shower head coming from ceiling, difficult to clean my self.

location is EXCELLENT and SAFE RIGHT ON the BEACH. Some or several things broken but NOT a big deal. i thought I was getting AC but i guess i didn't read the fine print. lol excellent overall

Good hotel, with friendly helpful staff despite the language barriers. Limited English from most, but enough for most situations. Breakfast included meant one item and a drink from the a la carte menu. Large portions, and great quality, especially the fruit platter, which came with granola and yogurt. Room relatively large, with huge bed, but very little natural light. Modern communal areas, Approx 30 mins in a taxi from downtown Managua ($20-25)

I love boutique properties, and this property was no exception. Airport pick up/drop off, ease of check in, clean room, comfortable bed, hot water and staff which were so helpful dealing with me and my oh so limited Espanol speaking. Azul restaurant was fantastic, every meal not only tasted great but the presentation was always on point. Thank you for everything!

This is the best value in Managua. Especially now that the new mall is 3 minute walk away. Its like walking down a street in Palm Springs. Surrounded by beautiful mansions. The hotel itself is bright, modern and has one of the best restaurants. Service is excellent. Best kept secret!
