This is a beautiful property at an excellent location. If you know the back way it's as close to the airport as downtown hotels. Some of the rooms exceeded expectations, one did not.

Service was excellent. All crew were helpful and courteous. Property is placed in a great location and near so many businesses and mall for great shopping.

Loved this hotel. Remember to ask the staff to heat the jacuzzi. Wasn't that hot in the afternoon so we asked them to heat it up so we could go in after dinner. Went in at 8:30 and got out at 9pm. Very relaxing, fell right to sleep after, best night sleep of our honemoon. The breakfast is very tasty and the restaurant workers are really friendly. Will stay here again for a few nights next time.

This is a classic Nicaraguan beauty. From the elegant lobby to the views from the glass enclosed restaurant. All very inviting. Staff is super friendly and rooms unique. Walk to one of the most popular malls with stuff for the whole family.

First off , id like to thank the entire staff for making my stay extraordinary. Due to friends flights that got canceled , and a bad SIM card i bought in the US , i was left solo and without basic cellphone service. The entire staff at hotel Contempo went above and beyond to assist me and look out for me . They even arranged for their hotel driver , Adonis , to show me the sights of Managua. The generosity and hospitality i was shown is something i wont forget . Along with the amazing staff , i loved the room i stayed in . The rooms are large , comfortable bed and a nice seating area . The restaurant served some very delicious meals that i enjoyed , along with very fast and friendly service. Overall , it is a beautifully decorated hotel where you can enjoy nature right outside your door . Many days you could hear the different birds and on occasion , a monkey could be seen above in the trees. I would highly recommend hotel Contempo , not just for its beautiful layout and location , but for the caring staff . When i return to Nicaragua , i will definitely book again with them !!

Gardens and interesting architecture of spaces and room. Staff were very friendly and professional and food great. Will definitely return
