The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in a safe neighborhood, we were able to walk our dog and feel comfortable.

Stay was amazing. Issues with TV and unable to plug in HDMI into it. They need a door bell when arriving late at hotel

Seems to me that years ago this place would have been great. The whole reason I booked here was for my bad back and it's hard to find a hot tub / jacuzzi anywhere in Managua. Neither the one in the room or the one outside worked. The one outside was completely empty and said to be down for maintenance

This is a very nice place well managed and proper.

We arrived very late and they were very nice about it, helped us to our rooms and went out of their way to help us out.

Not happy with amenite and bathroom

I was very excited when I booked this hotel and saw how gorgeous it looked, but looks can be deceiving. I paid 981 USD for this reservation, which was not worth it. I'm a dog owner of a German shepherd mixed, and I do not discriminate against animals. But I couldn't help but notice the giant turds left by a dog owner and his pet steps away from my door that were never cleaned neither by the staff nor the pet owner. My wife and I had to walk around it for the last four days of our stay. It shows how much attention they pay to detail and how clean this hotel really is. Did not have a working A/C; you would expect for the prices of these rooms that you would at least have that. The most significant warning is if you stay here on a weekend night for a business trip or work. They rent this location for private events. So do not expect to get any sleep at all. My room was right above the party rooms, and sleeping with all the music and commotion was impossible. But I also have to point out that they succeeded and met my expectations. The waiter/server that works in the morning is a lovely individual. He is very attentive to the guest and to the orders. He has fantastic customer service and excellent communication skills and is delightful to talk to.
