"Wow! what a nice room"

The hotel has good parking, pool, nice excersize room & buffet breakfast. But it was our spacious room with huge windows, mountain views, nice bathroom & amazing desk that really blew us away. This will be our 'go to' hotel on future travels through Roanoke

My first visit to Roanoke Virginia. SpringHill Suites was extremely helpful, to finding the trolley to visit downtown. The room was kept immaculate. Fresh towels, fresh bedding as scheduled. AC was very comfortable on those warm days. All of the staff were helpful and attentive. They all made for a very enjoyable visit!! Thank you one and all!! I’ll be back 😁

"Terrible management"

Terrible experience all around starting with the surprise parking fee down to the unprofessional maner of management. I requested a late checkout due to being in meetings all morning and when they knocked on the door i told them i needed 10 minutes i was just gathering the rest of my bags and belongings, the lady rolled her eyes at me and when i closed the door i could hear her cuss and say along the lines of "she needs to F###ing leave" and other stuff that i couldn't quite make out. I will not be back.
