"Worst night of sleep I have ever gotten in a hotel!"

I checked into the hotel after midnight and found out the rooms have feather pillows. My Marriott profile lists that we need foam pillows because of a severe allergy to feathers. After calling the front desk to request - we were told she couldn’t find any. Sleeping with no pillows wasnt fun. It was topped off by the 6am construction next door - trucks beeping etc. I will never stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in Roanoke! John and Samira at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful and got our stay off to a wonderful start. I had a wonderful stay at springhill suites. My family and I stayed for a week and I want to give a shout-out to our housekeeper Justin for keeping our bathroom clean during our stay.
