Very stylish and with a great sense of individuality. Super breakfast choices if you like baked goods, in an exceptionally charming dining room.

No lift up to the first floor but we had plenty of notice of this.

Zentral am Place Bellecour gelegen. Sehr gute Betten. Gutes Frühstück. Eigentlich liebe ich ja die etwas plüschigen Hotels, aber der Aufenthalt hier war wie „Leben im Museum“. Bis hin zu einem fast skurril „antik“ gehaltenen Frühstücksraum. Das alles hat seinen Charme, für mich ging das als „Gesamt-Kunstwerk“ aber etwas zu weit.

Die freistehende Badewanne (Badezimmer vom Rest des Raums durch Paravent getrennt, Toilette aber separat und verschliessbar, keine Sorge) ermöglichte nur ein sehr unbequemes Duschen. Auch in einer besseren Zimmer-Kategorie (etwas grösser) sind 345 Euro (incl. Frühstück) eine heftige Ansage. Dafür hätte ich mehr Komfort erwartet.

The breakfast was disappointing.

Fabulous boutique hotel conveniently situated on the main square in Lyon. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Restaurants within 5 to 10 minute walk with easy access to the Metro.

Nothing really, excellent hotel all round.

La situation: juste sur le place Bellecour; la décoration: très original ; le personnel : très bon accueil de la réceptionniste ; petit déjeuner : très bon et très riche. Tout est bon
